Privacy policy
Information you choose to share
When you send an event inquiry, we collect the contact information and event details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, date, venue, and preferred booth. We use this information to respond to your request and plan your event.
Inquiries and website operation
Inquiries submitted through this website are stored privately in our WordPress administration area. Technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the website. A short-lived identifier derived from an IP address is used to limit repeated form submissions.
Bookings and event galleries
Pricing and reservations are handled through our external Check Cherry booking portal. Event albums are hosted on EverlastingJoyPics through SmugMug. When you follow these links, those services process information under their own privacy policies. Public event albums can be viewed by other visitors. Contact us if you have a question about a photo or would like us to review a removal request.
Cookies and third-party services
WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator sign-in and site functionality. This theme does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Additional plugins or services added by the site owner may change how the website processes data.
